Automatic Ultrasonic Washers

Automatic Ultrasonic Washers are PLC controlled, single push button activated cleaners designed to ultrasonically clean, ultrasonically rinse and hot air dry within a single chamber according to a preprogrammed cycle. Available as bench-top equipment in 3.5G and 9G models or within its own freestanding stainless steel console in 6.5G, 9G, and 18G models, automatic washers are a perfect choice for your cleaning needs. A two-tank version for high temperature cleaning and automatic rinsing and drying is also available in the 6.5G size.

Utilized in various industries including: Medical Device Mfg., Optics, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Jewelry, Screw Machine, Carbides, Electronics, Hospitals, US Naval vessels. This equipment provides an excellent alternative to multi-bath aqueous cleaning arrangements.

System integration combines our standard Automatic Ultrasonic Washers, Pump Filter Systems and Heated Storage Tanks to form versatile ultrasonic cleaning systems that meet virtually any cleaning requirement.
