Our portable filtration carts use multi-pass filtration to filter oil multiple times, capturing both fine particles (down to 4 microns and below) as well as larger contaminants (greater than 100 microns). This advanced filtration process helps extend fluid life, improve equipment performance, and reduce maintenance costs.

Multi-pass filtration is typically performed using a kidney loop system that continuously filters oil directly from the machinery sump or reservoir, whether the equipment is operating or not. Because the filtration system operates independently of the machine, a minimum flow rate is not required, allowing the oil to be cleaned slowly and consistently for maximum contaminant removal.

Portable Oil Filter Carts are designed for easy transport between jobs, providing flexible filtration wherever it is needed. They are an ideal solution for maintenance teams responsible for servicing multiple pieces of equipment throughout a facility. Our Model 110 Portable Filtration Cart features a single depth filter housing, a bag filter housing, and is available with either a 1 GPM or 3 GPM pump.
