Our portable filtration carts use multi-pass filtration to filter the oil multiple times, thereby capturing both fine particles (down to 4 microns and below) and larger contaminants (greater than 100 microns).
Multi-pass filtration is typically performed using a kidney loop system which allows oil to be filtered continuously from the machinery sump or reservoir, regardless of whether the equipment is operating. The independence from machine operation means that a minimum flow rate is not required, allowing filtration to be slow and steady.

Our Model 100 Portable Filtration Cart features a single depth filter housing with a 1 or 3 GPM pump.
